Varun Harnal is a Trainer and Coach. He has two decades of experience across corporates, public sector and not for profit sectors.
He is a Certified coach from International Coach Federation (ICF) and specialises in coaching and training individuals to bridge competence gaps. He is also an NLP practitioner. He has run programs across Europe, US, Middle East and South-East Asia
As a theatre enthusiast, Varun has directed plays on themes of social awareness and uses many learnings from theatre in his training programs to aid retention. He is a published author and his latest book – Coffee with Ego is intended to be a self-help book on managing human behaviour. He has also been guiding organisations in the field of POSH as a certified representative of the Indian Academy of Law and Mgmt., New Delhi.
