I want to express my gratitude for the eye-opening two-day workshop that we recently attended. Unlike other training programs or leadership workshops, this experience felt natural and organic. There was no forceful agenda that we had to follow, and we were able to seamlessly connect with each other in a soulful and genuine way. These two days were a true revelation. I can confidently say that we achieved in two days what would have taken us at least six months to accomplish otherwise. Through this workshop, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our team members on a personal and emotional level. One session that stood out to me was Courageous Presence, where I learned valuable techniques to claim my space and confidently speak up in crowded work environments. The widespread discussion around women in business and leadership is a testament to the relevance and effectiveness of programs such as TransforMe's Evolve. I want to share the challenge I faced in bringing together our leadership team, who come from different backgrounds and have diverse mindsets. To address this, I sought the help of TransforMe to design a program that could foster trust among team members. After careful consideration, we decided on the Breakthrough Leadership Program (BLP).
