Step 1: Tri-party goal agreement between the sponsor, coachee and coach
Step 2: Diagnostics – stakeholder interviews/ feedback, reports
Step 3: Discovery session with coachee where the goal is sharpened, and true goal formed.
Step 4: The coaching sessions where the work happens.
Step 5: Mid journey check-in with tri- party for journey feedback/ course correction.
Step 6: Balance coaching sessions focus on more active experiments at work/ life.
Step 7: Journey end feedback, results collection, tri-party final discussion.
Step 8 (optional): a catch up session after 3 months of the journey.
