Having accumulated over 40,000 hours of facilitation and 1,000 hours of coaching across 200 clients worldwide, Gatik employs a methodology centered on “Inside Out” processes. This approach enables him to dismantle old behavioral patterns and empower his clients to embrace new ways of thinking and acting.
Gatik specializes in various domains, including Top Team Alignment, Leadership Development, Team Synergy, and Storytelling training and coaching. He has successfully collaborated with clients from diverse industries, providing end-to-end learning interventions.
