Teja’s true passion lies in leadership development, which he actively pursues by conducting training interventions in over 45 countries. His unique strength lies in his ability to infuse his own leadership experiences into the content he delivers, creating impactful learning experiences.
Currently, Teja is also incubating his latest venture in organic farming, Sqft.Farm. Additionally, he serves as the Founder-Director of UDo Now app, a prominent freelancing platform.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Teja is an ardent animal lover and actively supports multiple NGOs across three countries.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Teja held key leadership positions at HSBC, where he spearheaded HR Transformation across the Asia Pacific region.
