Anita Vasudeva is a Leadership and Executive Coach with over four decades of experience.
An ICF member and a certified ICF Coach from Erickson International Coaching, pursuing the PCC accreditation, Anita has over 3000 hours of coaching experience with business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, individuals, groups and teams. She is an advanced practitioner in PACT – the Polarity Approach to Continuity & Transformation, and is a certified Narrative Coach. She has completed programs in Appreciative Inquiry, a counseling program with Tavistock University, London, and various learning and development modules.
Anita is focused on Conscious and Adaptive Leadership, Individual and Systemic Transformation, Personal and Professional Growth, DEI and Organizational Culture – values and inclusion mindsets, and Communication.

Anita’s clients range from large technology firms, energy and infrastructure companies, healthcare and lifestyle organizations, entrepreneurial ventures and family businesses. She also coaches individuals at diverse stages of their lives, addressing goals, challenges and creating a stronger sense of self. She has done intensive work with leaders and women professionals.
After 16 years in the corporate tourism industry, Anita turned to being an entrepreneur who founded the first travel portal in India, set up a business consulting firm, and also founded one of the first enabling platforms for women in India promoting diversity, back to work and flexibility. She co-founded The Foundation for Working Women addressing gender challenges at work, and has been an Advisory member to various social change organizations.
An English Literature major from Lady Sri Ram College, New Delhi with a Social Communications post-graduate from Mumbai University, Anita is currently based in New Delhi. She continues to be a student of change psychology, philosophy and spiritual study. Her other interests include theater, art, language and media.
