Karan Virwani
WeWork India CEO, Karan Virwani shares that his company recognized the necessity for a holistic women leadership development program and partnered with TransforMe's flagship women leadership development program, "Evolve". They received positive feedback from a cohort of female leaders. He goes on to mention that he witnessed significant transformations and a positive influence on their work following these sessions. The program received a high Net Promoter Score, with approximately 90% of women leaders expressing their willingness to recommend it to their peers. Furthermore, nearly 85% of women leaders reported increased confidence in their personal growth and career advancement. WeWork India saw a shift from +78 (July 2022) to +85 (7 point increase) on the inclusion score in their eNPS survey in Dec 2022 with 87% favorable responses, and an increase in gender diversity at leadership level, going from 33% (11/33) to 37.5% (15/40) effective April 1st 2023. This program was also a finalist at AITD Excellence Awards 2023 in the Best Diversity and Inclusion category.

This program has been instrumental in helping me reflect on my leadership style, improve my techniques, and build meaningful relationships with other women leaders. One session that stood out to me was Courageous Presence, where I learned valuable techniques to claim my space and confidently speak up in crowded work environments. Being part of the organizing this global program at GEP allowed me to strengthen my involvement in our company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
