Pradeep is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Facilitator with over 22 years of experience across corporate leadership, sales transformation, and executive development. With a strong business background in Telecom, IT, and Hospitality—having held leadership roles at HCL, NCR Corporation, Keys Hotels, and the Taj Group—he brings a unique blend of commercial insight and human-centred coaching to every engagement.

Over the last decade, Pradeep has successfully transitioned into consulting and coaching, partnering with organizations to drive growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster high-performance cultures. His sessions are known for their energy, clarity, and focus on sustainable behavior change.
