How Does Team transformation Works?

We take a structured and comprehensive approach to team transformation. Our Team Transformation program works through a 4-phase system which allows us to understand the unique dynamics and challenges of your team and then help you rise to meet them.

Team Diagnostics

We’ll work with you to understand your team’s goals, challenges, and strengths. This may include surveys, interviews, and other assessments to get a clear picture of where your team is today.

Team Assessment Report

Based on our diagnostics, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive report that outlines the strengths and areas for improvement for your team. We use Patrick Lencioni’s “5 dysfunctions of a team” assessment for this purpose. This report will serve as a roadmap for the rest of the program and also the baseline you could measure your team’s effectiveness with, before and after the program

Synergizing Strengths Lab

This lab is designed to create a safe space for your team to engage in authentic dialogue and address issues that matter. The program is led by expert coaches, who have mastery over group coaching methods, and know very well how to handle sensitive situations in team dynamics. The Lab provides an opportunity for team members to understand each other’s working styles and preferences better, resolve new and pending conflicts, surface and address any artificial harmony by promoting trust enabling the team to co-create new team norms that help them become a high performing team.

Individual Coaching

In addition to the group workshops, we offer individual coaching to help team members address specific challenges and develop the skills they need to be effective contributors to the team.
