At the start of each engagement, we work with the leaders from the organisations to define clear success metrics. These typically include role expectations, stakeholder outcomes, and specific leadership behaviour indicators.
Progress is then tracked through a combination of pre- and post-assessments, manager and stakeholder feedback, and 30-60-90 day behaviour reviews. This allows us to measure not just what leaders learned, but how they applied that learning on the job.
