Her unique approach lies in her combining Inside Out with Outside In – bringing balance in a leader’s transformational growth by working on both the inner world of beliefs and biases as well as outer leadership impact.
Yoshita’s standout strength as an Executive Coach & facilitator is her understanding of business management stemming from her own experience of running a successful P&L as a marketer with stellar organisations such as Coca Cola, Dabur & Ranbaxy for over a decade. She has coached across geographies like India, USA, France, UAE, Malaysia and worked with multicultural teams.
Yoshita has received several awards and recognition for her work, including being named as one of the Most Influential Coaching Leaders India by World HRD Congress and Exceptional Woman of Excellence by Women Economic Forum.
In her personal time, she enjoys practising Kathak and making Mandalas, both of which serve her to live in the present moment.
