Gatik Chaujer

Gatik Chaujer is a qualified and reputed training professional with more than 15 years of experience in the area of training facilitation, coaching, consulting and strategy.

Gatik brings to the table business insights and a strong understanding of training & development practices. His expertise
comes from his deep exposure to both; being a Global Training leader in large organizations and having spent substantial time in corporate training and consulting.

Gatik Chaujer is a qualified and reputed L&D professional with 19+ years of experience in the area of facilitation, coaching, consulting and strategy. He is the Founder of TransforME Learning & Leadership Solutions – an award-winning results-based learning firm focused on enabling personal transformation.

With over 25000 facilitation hours and 700 coaching hours across 200+ clients globally, Gatik’s methodology is focussed on using the ‘Inside Out’ processes to break and create new behavioral patterns for his clients. His expertise lies in the areas of T-Labs, Personal Excellence, Influencing Without Authority and Leadership Development.

Gatik ventured first into the area of learning and development with G E Capital International Services. Here he completed his Train-the-trainer certification in India and the USA. This enabled him to conduct training sessions for the Collections COE in the USA in the year 2000.

Gatik has held leadership training roles where he has set up Learning & Development functions from the ground up and built & nurtured high-performance teams of training professionals.

In 2004, he was chosen and interviewed by Hindustan Times as one of the top 5 successful professionals in the BPO industry. The same year he ventured into the space of corporate training and consulting. In this area, Gatik created for himself a name as a bright, sharp, result oriented facilitator bringing to his clients, real-time solutions.

Gatik has partnered with clients across industries on creating end-to-end learning interventions. He has worked in areas ranging from behavioral training, leadership development, assessment centers, and content development & consulting solutions.

Some of his clients include ANZ, Flipkart, Accenture, Airtel, Caterpillar, HCC, Hyundai, Punj Lloyd, Fidelity, GE, IBM, Hewitt, ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Aviva, Max New York Life, Max Hospitals, Intermed Healthcare, CSC, Kingfisher Airlines, Oberoi Hotels, Toyota (Saudi Arabia) to name a few.

Gatik worked with and established strong relationships with his multiple clients, and was invited to join Encore Capital Group to lead their Global L&D function. Here that Gatik delved deeper into the area of Leadership Development and established robust leadership development framework, across all levels in the organization.

After this stint, Gatik decided that he was ready to chase his dream of setting up his own learning consulting firm and founded TransforME Learning & Leadership Solutions.

Gatik is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and is pursuing his Professional Development Program from ISABS – bringing his learnings of t-group methodology into his workshops and labs.

A completely family oriented man; he enjoys spending time with his beautiful daughters, Keisha & Kyra and his wife. Gatik is an explorer at heart and often drives up into the mountains to tread untrodden paths. Whenever he gets a chance, he enjoys a good game of squash and often dips into his creative side by sketching and painting.
